This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a great restaurant, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with local taxi numbers during my first stay, which I appreciated. Highly recommend getting concierge access!

Fairly clean place with amazingly great and conscious staff and awesome view across the town and out to the mountains. Wide varieties of fresh food at breakfast. With quick check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was enchanting.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and the Reno Arch within walking distance of the Truckee River and local movie theatre and the downtown area and the beautiful river walk. The public parking was off site, efficient service.

Quick check-in, fast check-out. New building and absolutely perfect and immaculate rooms with good views. Marvellous and unbeatable location and modern facilities.

The spacious executive king room was super comfortable, and the location made exploring downtown easy. We really appreciated the dog-friendly vibe and the helpful staff throughout our trip.

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, like we weren't just another guest. And the fitness center was really impressive, way better than what you'd expect at a typical hotel.

It wasn't exactly economical but it was still acceptable.

The gym facilities were great! We enjoyed the lovely mountain views from our room, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Perfect location for enjoying live music on Virginia St Staff were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, walls are paper thin, so I heard everything all night long.

The spacious room was perfect for my family. We loved exploring Reno, and the convenient location near all the downtown attractions was a huge plus. Plus, our furry friend was welcomed warmly with treats!

My kids wished for longer cafe hours for late-night snacks.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and had super comfy beds. The pillows were great too. Appreciated the hotel's non-smoking policy, especially for my friends in the group. Room was clean and had modern decor that felt nice. No major issues, just a good vibe overall.

Although the heating could be more reliable, the fine views from my room were amazing and the staff provided excellent service were good.

I had an absolute blast exploring the vibrant rock climbing wall, made my heart race and filled my spirit with excitement! The panoramic views of the downtown skyline from my King Room were awe-inspiring, especially at sunset. And let's not forget the club lounge access-endless snacks and drinks created the perfect relaxing vibe before we hit the town!
